Cookies Policy
Which cookies this website uses, and how you can control them.
This policy explains which cookies bron.gr uses, why it uses them, and how you can control them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences for a period of time. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, serve comparable purposes and are covered by this policy.
2. Our approach
The website has been built to work with the smallest possible number of cookies. We use no advertising cookies, we do not track your browsing on other websites, and we make no data available to advertising networks.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These are cookies without which the website cannot function properly. They do not require your consent, under Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006.
- Operation and security: cookies set by the content management system, which ensure pages display correctly and protect forms from abuse.
- Contact form: cookies that preserve the state of the form so that what you have typed is not lost and duplicate submissions are prevented.
- Caching: cookies used by the caching system to speed up page loading.
- Administrator sessions: cookies set only for logged-in administrators of the website; they do not affect ordinary visitors.
4. The map and third-party services
The embedded map does not load automatically. A button appears in its place, and the map is displayed only after you ask for it. In this way no third-party cookie is placed on your device without your consent.
Once you choose to load the map, the service provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. That processing is governed by the provider’s own terms.
5. Analytics
The website does not currently use any analytics service that sets cookies. Should that change, your prior consent will be requested through an appropriate mechanism and this policy will be updated.
6. How to control cookies
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings; instructions are usually found in each browser’s help menu. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the contact form from working correctly.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated whenever the cookies used by the website change. The version in force is published on this page.
8. Contact
For questions about our use of cookies, please write to info@bron.gr. Further information on the processing of your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
